• The event will last for 2 days from 18/11/22 to 19/11/22.
• The program will start at 9:00 AM on 18/11/22 and will last for 36 hours till 9:00 PM on 19/11/22.

• Registration is free for all teams. The team selected for the next round of the Hackathon to be held offline at the College of Engineering Roorkee campus will have to pay a registration fee of ₹200 only.
• Themes for the Hackathon are as follows- 1) Infrastructure
2) Travel and Tourism
3) Smart Education
4) Smart Agriculture
5) Health Care
• There will be a total of 3 rounds in the Hackathon. After these rounds the final result will be declared.
• There is a total prize pool of ₹90,000 as follows-
1) Rank 1 team will get ₹50,000 in cheque. Certificates will be awarded to Team Leader, Team Members and Team Mentor.
2) Rank 2 team will get ₹25,000 in cheque. Certificates will be awarded to Team Leader, Team Members and Team Mentor.
3) Rank 3 team will get ₹15,000 in cheque. Certificates will be awarded to Team Leader, Team Members and Team Mentor.
• The Hackathon will be conducted offline on the given dates at the College of Engineering Roorkee campus.
• Entertaining and fun activities will be available to all the participants of the Hackathon. These activities include paint ball competition, singing and dancing activities.
• All necessary facilities will be provided by us.
FACILITIES PROVIDED
• Transport facility from Roorkee bus stand and Roorkee railway station to college will be provided by us. Buses will run from designated places on scheduled time. All the teams availing the transport facility will have to reach the designated places before the predetermined time. Timings will be notified by e-mail to the selected teams along with other important information.
• The accommodation of all the team members and team mentors will be arranged by us in the college hostels. Boys will be accommodated in boy’s hostels and girls will be accommodated in girl’s hostels.
• Full day meal (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) and two-time refreshments will be provided.
Requirements
• No development may start before the actual date and time of the event. Any teams that violate this rule will be automatically disqualified.
• Any software development tools, game engine, IDE, and/or programming language can be used for the event. If a team member uses a purchased tool licensed to him
or her and the license is not transferable to other members the member’s team must choose one available to all developer teams.
• To ensure a level field for all contestants, all code must be created only at the hackathon. You are permitted to use publicly developed and openly licensed API’s and SDKs for your project.
• A team can submit only one entry for the hackathon. Participation at the hackathon is subjected on a “per-team” basis meaning you are not allowed to be on more than one team at the event.
• A team may not code applications that violate the code of conduct. For example, racially insensitive ideas for an application will automatically be disqualified.
Necessary Items –
• All selected teams for the Hackathon ensure to bring following items strictly- 1) A banner mentioning Team name and their college name.
